Disabled Access

The following information details the services we currently provide at Splash World for our disabled visitors aswell as access information to the centre. This is not an exhaustive list and we do encourage you to contact us if you have any additional questions / comments or feel that we could improve our service and facilities.

Within Splash World we aim to be inclusive to all our visitors however we would ask all visitors to bear in mind their individual needs and contact us with any specific concerns.

General Access

Dunes Splash World has a proactive view when providing a quality service and facility with ongoing developments for all our customers.

Throughout the centre all facilities have been adapted to comply with the requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act, with a number of staff having received additional training to ensure your visit is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

• Conveniently located parking bays
• One level approach to the site
• Automatic doors at the entrance
• Low level reception desk
• Induction loop at reception
• Lift to 2nd floor providing access to:
  • Activity Studio
  • Health and Fitness Suite
  • Disabled toilet facilities
  • Meeting/Conference rooms
• Disabled changing facilities
• Basic sign language training for staff
• Changing room hoist
