When visiting somewhere new you might have lots of different questions so before your visit, why not check our frequently asked questions to see if we can help.

Do you have lockers and how much are they?

Yes, there are lockers in all the changing rooms with additional lockers located pool side. All lockers cost £1.70 with £1.00 being returned at the end of your visit once you return your locker key.

Do you have changing rooms?

Yes, we have village style changing areas to help accomodate all family sizes.

What times and days do you open?

Our opening hours can change throughout the year so it's best looking at our calendar to see our latest opening hours.

How much will it cost if I want to spectate and not swim?

We understand that not everyone wants to swim so we charge a reduced amount of £3.00 for spectators, however, this is furether discounted if you have an Active Choices card to just £2.00.

Are there any special discounts?

Yes there are, we offer discounted entry to OAPs and junior swimmers and children under two are free of charge. We also offer a discounted rate for Active Choices card holders and a number of promotional discounts are available throughout the year.

Do you hire out swimming costumes / towels?

We do not currently hire out swimming costumes / towels however we do have a wide selection of Zoggs merchandise available to purchase at reception. Don't worry if you forget your swimming essentials - we sell costumes, shorts, armbands and goggles to name a few items at reception. We do not currently sell towels.

Can I bring my own food?

Unfortunately, for health and safety reasons we can't allow picnicking within the pool area but Murtle's Poolside Diner is located adjacent to the pool offering light snacks and refreshments with a a number of vending machines located throughout the facility. I have younger children in my family / group is there anything for them to do apart from the slides?

Splash World has been designed to offer something for everyone! We have four major rides and we also have a bubble spa, an interactive childrens play area and a toddler zone. Please note that some rides are age restricted however our entry costs do reflect this.

Are there any parking facilities?

Splash World has two large pay and display car parks. However there is a swim discount on the car park ticket which enables you to claim back the full amount.
